To ensure the best experience for all clients, please take a moment to read and understand our booking policy.
Deposits & Payments
• A 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment at the time of payment.
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend (no-show).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid losing your deposit.
• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice can have the deposit transferred to a future booking.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
• Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit.
• If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced accordingly, but the full treatment cost will still apply.
General Policy
• Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment experience.
• If you feel unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
