Using the Gua Sha tools allows you to work deeper into the muscles & fascia.

This Facial releases deep facial tension and supports lymphatic drainage. Using a combination of lifting facial massage, Buccal techniques and Gua Sha so it reaches superficial tissues and deeper muscles in a different technique I have used before.
It also includes calming shoulder, neck and scalp work to help release tension and lymph for ultimate relaxation for the full body and nervous system.

Buccal is an intra-oral and external facial massage technique. I works directly with the deeper muscles that are very rarely touched. Accessing these muscles both inside and outside the mouth supports improved muscle tone, functional balance and facial symmetry. It is particularly beneficial for relieving tension held in the jaw and surrounding structures and migraines.
