Terms & Conditions

To ensure clarity, fairness, and a safe experience for all clients, please read the following terms carefully before booking.

1. Appointments & Deposits
• A 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• This deposit will be deducted from the final treatment cost on the day.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours or the client fails to attend.
• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit to a future booking.
• We reserve the right to request full pre-payment for high-demand services or new clients.

2. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
• Missed appointments without prior notice will result in loss of deposit and may impact future bookings.
• Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment to avoid impacting other appointments, but the full treatment fee will still apply.
• We ask all clients to arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled time.

3. Medical Conditions & Contraindications
• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, prior to treatment.
• A patch test may be required at least 24–48 hours before specific treatments (e.g., waxing or certain skincare services).
• It is your responsibility to follow aftercare advice to ensure the best results and avoid adverse effects.

4. Treatment Suitability
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule treatments if the therapist deems it unsafe or unsuitable based on your health or consultation responses.
• Consultation forms must be completed prior to your first treatment and updated when required.

5. Age Restrictions
• Clients must be 18 years or older unless written parental/guardian consent is provided.
• ID may be required for certain procedures.

6. Pricing & Promotions
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within the stated expiry date.

7. Liability
• While we take every precaution to deliver safe and professional treatments, Elysium Beauty Club will not be held liable for any unforeseen allergic reactions, sensitivity, or outcomes where pre-treatment advice or aftercare is not followed.
• Any dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment.
